Licensure: Must have IA or compact license in hand at time of submission

Local Rule: Locals accepted with 10% pay reduction if within 60 miles

Unit Type: Med Surg Progressive – Surgical

Beds: 11–20

Nurse: Patient Ratio: 1:2

Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Surgical population

Special Procedures: Surgical interventions

💻 Charting & Technology

EMR: Epic

Scrubs: Hospital-provided

Float Requirements: Yes – part of Procedural Float Team

Surgical experience preferred

Comfortable with floating to procedural units

Flexible with start times and call coverage

Holds a valid IA or compact RN license

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: 8-hour days (start times: 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM – typically 8/9 AM)

Pay Range: $66/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
