Programming Analyst

Job Description:

Pride Health is hiring highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst to support our client’s medical facility This is an opportunity for a local candidate to work in-office, with potential for remote or hybrid work in the future. The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for supporting various applications, including PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, ServiceNow, and other accounting/finance-related systems.

Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst

Location: Farmington, CT (Onsite with potential for remote/hybrid)

Duration : 3 Months with possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $60 -$65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the existing team on system configuration, testing, training, data mining, reporting, and customer support (levels 1-3) for PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, ServiceNow, and other related applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and error resolution for various systems and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing clear and organized responses and requests for information.
• Assist with hands-on activities and system-related tasks as needed based on workload.
• Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing tasks and communicating potential conflicts or issues to management.
• Collaborate with the team to support accounting and reporting processes, leveraging your understanding of ERP systems, including PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, and Finance/Supply Chain ERPs.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years of experience with an ERP system.
• BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with SAP Concur, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and MS Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial, and reporting processes.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Concur, Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SmartSheets, MS365, SQL, and VBA programming language.

Knowledge of accounting/finance ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
