What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist position at Pride Health?
Pride Health is hiring a Radiology Technologist to support our client’s medical facility based in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a permanent opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Perform and process portable X-rays (DR/CR) for Radiologist interpretation.
- Transport and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring quality imaging.
- Conduct EKGs as needed and submit for interpretation.
- Scan and submit paperwork and billing documents daily.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain vehicle and radiology equipment for optimal performance.
- Provide mobile imaging services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Correctional Facilities, and Home Health settings.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Active South Carolina State License (Compact License accepted).
- ARRT Certification
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions require documentation).
Additional Information:
- Location: Charleston, South Carolina
- Job Type: Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday – 03:00 pm to 11:00 pm or 04:00 pm to 12:30 am.
- Pay Range: $ 29.50 to 31.50/hour.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
