About the Job:
PRIDE Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join their team on a travel assignment in Summit, New Jersey. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care services with a specific emphasis on pulmonary function testing and initiation of CPAP devices.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, with experience working in hospital or physician office settings. You will be required to support requests for continued supply of durable medical equipment, assist in training patients on the use of inhalers, set up patients with DME equipment, and work closely with physicians.
Requirements:
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
- 1 year of experience in hospital or physician office settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
