- Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred
- RN license from a participating state or State RN license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Certified Critical-Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred
