Pride Health is seeking a Travelling Sonographer to join a team in Hattiesburg, MS 39401. This is a 13-week contract with a possible extension.
Job Description:
- Demonstrates proficiency in one specialty modality area with registry: Abdomen, OB, Vasc, or Muscle Skeletal
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of sonographic imaging principles and techniques.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of sonographic imaging equipment and operation.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge and ability to produce sonographic images according to established protocols and interpreting physician guidelines.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of PACS and digital imaging procedures.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge and ability to provide sonographic imaging guidance for specialized studies, such as biopsies, thoracentesis, and others, as required.
Required:
- Registered in one specialty area: Abdomen, OB, Vascular, Muscle Skeletal
- Vascular Experience – Required
- ARDMS
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - AHA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Travel Weekly Gross: $2,600
W2 hourly: $33.85/hour
Weekly stipend: $1,246
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
