Job Summary
This Mammography Technologist position involves traveling to a location in Duluth, Minnesota for a 13-week assignment. The technologist will be responsible for performing mammography exams and maintaining high-quality images.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mammography equipment to produce high-quality images
- Develop and process film or digital images as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal imaging results
Requirements
- Current certification as a mammography technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mammography
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
