Job Summary
The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist operates or oversees operation of radiologic and magnetic imaging equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. This role requires excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and moving equipment into place
- Maintain production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures
- Ensure operation of radiology equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions
