Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pathology Assistant to join our team. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, paid in biweekly pay packages based on 8 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work as a part of an interdisciplinary team to provide support in the pathology laboratory.
- Assist pathologists and other medical professionals with various tasks and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Evaluate and process biological samples for diagnostic testing.
- Perform quality control checks and maintain lab equipment.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Allied Health Professional program.
- Current certification as a Pathology Assistant or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
