Pride Health is hiring a skilled certified medical assistant (CMA) to support our client at the Shoreline, WA medical facility. This is a 22-week contract with the possibility of an extension, providing a great opportunity to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.
Job Requirements:
- Performs all duties within the scope of a Medical Assistant's practice.
- Room patients, according to policy and procedures, and prepare patients for examination.
- Records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and promptly.
- Coordinates patient care as directed by physicians, company standards, and policies.
- Respects patient confidentiality always and treats patients with courtesy and respect.
- Organize exam and treatment rooms, stocks, and cleans rooms and sterilizes instruments.
Must have skills/qualifications/experience:
- Knowledge of medical terminology along with good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
- 2 Years working as a medical assistant.
- Active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- High school diploma.

Hourly Pay: - $21 - $23/hour
