Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Butler, NJ. This is a Part-time, 13 weeks contract for 1st Shift (Weekdays Every Other Saturday).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Phlebotomist II (Patient Services Representative II) to join our team at our Butler, NJ location. In this key role, you’ll be handling patients coming in for routine tests or life-impacting health insights.

As a PSR II, you will collect quality blood specimens, ensure proper labeling and preparation, and maintain a safe and professional environment. You’ll be trusted to operate independently, adapt to a high-volume pace, and deliver compassionate service to every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens in accordance with established protocols.

·         Ensure patient ID verification, proper labeling, and post-draw confirmation.

·         Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.

·         Represent Quest with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.

·         Travel as needed to support other locations with minimal notice.

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience – required

·         Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection experience – required

Additional Requirements

·         Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

·         Flexibility to work multiple sites and cover shifts on short notice

·         Available to work every other Saturday

·         Location: Butler, NJ

·         Job Type: Contract (13 Week) Part Time

·         Shift: Weekday, 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Every Other Saturday

·         Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour
