Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for a " Social Worker " position that will provide support to our client's healthcare systems. This is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location : Arlington, VA 22205
Unit : Behavioral Health
Profession : LCSW, LPC or RN with ED / BHU case management experience
Shift : 5x8, 2pm - 10pm or 8am -5pm
Hours : 40 Hours / wk
Weekend Requirements : EOW
Certifications Required : BLS
Charting Experience : CarePoint or Care Everywhere Preferred
EPIC Experience Required
looking to have a person be the liaison from the ED or acute side of the hospital to the behavioral health unit. This could include, but not limited to safety assessments, discharge disposition assessment, attending court, seeing patients in the outpatient setting to understand needs. this person would also assist with behavioral health unit patient group sessions.
