RESIDENTIAL THERAPIST (DUAL LICENSE, LADC + MENTAL HEALTH)

Responsibilities

PRIDE is actively recruiting for a Residential Therapist for our Eden Prarie Location. Full Time- Day shift.

Summary of Duties:

To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner.  Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have an active LADC awarded by the MN BBHT active LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; 1-2 years’ experience in the chemical dependency field; and have insight regarding the unique challenges faced by our clients.  They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and a UA drug test.  They must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for as long as this is required by CMS.
