Vinyl Graphics Applicator/Installer

If so, we are currently seeking a Vinyl Graphics Applicator/Installer who knows how to make clean lines, smooth finishes, and standout graphics happen — every single time!

As a Vinyl Graphics Applicator/Installer, you’ll be responsible for the installation of vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on a variety of surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, and signage. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and creativity. You will become proficient in vinyl cutting, weeding, and application techniques.

Here’s what you’ll do:
? Assist in the removal of old vinyl graphics as needed.
? Prepare and clean installation surfaces to ensure optimal vinyl adhesion.
? Accurately measure, align, and position vinyl graphics based on design specifications.
? Operate vinyl cutting equipment to produce precise graphics and lettering.
? Perform installations on-site or in-shop, including vehicle wraps, window decals, wall murals, and other applications.
? Apply vinyl materials using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a smooth, bubble-free finish.
? Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and overall aesthetic appeal of the applied vinyl.
? Trim and finish edges cleanly and precisely.
? Evaluate and address any imperfections on the surface that may impact the installation.
? Maintain and troubleshoot vinyl cutting and application equipment to ensure proper functionality.
? Desire to keep safety at the forefront of all work.
? Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet client specifications and industry standards.
? Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need:
? 1 years of experience in vinyl installation or related field preferred (vehicle wraps, signage, large-format graphics, etc.).
? Graphic design background or ability to read design files preferred.
? Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

? Understanding of shop mathematics.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
? Communicate effectively with sales, designers, and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
? Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
