PrideNow is Hiring: Electrician
Location: Three Rivers, MI
Pay: $35/hr $1/hr shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
New employees can expect to begin on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Overtime:
- Mandatory 2/3 Saturdays a month (rotational basis, posted every Thursday)
- Overtime Pay: Over 40 hours and Saturdays are 1.5x hourly pay; Sundays and holidays are 2x hourly pay
Job Summary:
PrideNow is seeking experienced Electricians to join our team in Three Rivers, MI. This is a direct hire role focused on maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environment, specifically on manufacturing equipment, not facilities maintenance.
Skills Required:
- Manufacturing environment experience on manufacturing equipment
- Experience working on CNC machines
Skills Preferred:
- Allen Bradley CNC experience
Experience Required:
- Electricians with Journeyman’s card, or 7 years of direct electrician experience
- Manufacturing environment experience on manufacturing equipment
- Industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, and 24-volt DC circuitry experience
- Electrical work on machines in the manufacturing environment
- PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred
- Familiarity with Program Frequency Drives (PFD)
- CNC experience, preferred with Fanuc and Siemens controllers
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.
- Exposure to 24V DC, 120V, 277V, and 480V circuits
- Working with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuitry
Experience Preferred:
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines
