Duties

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining office organization by managing files, documents, and supplies.
  • Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages with proper phone etiquette.
  • Support dental or medical reception tasks as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are completed effectively.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
