Job Summary
The Project Controls Analyst is primarily responsible for :
- Providing guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolving complex project control problems
- Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting current status against an established baseline schedule
- Cost tracking / budgeting / forecasting
- Assessing the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Dashboard reports
Key Responsibilities :
o Status of all active idocs and completed orders
o Quality assurance review of completed projects by the Project Manager
o Non-estimated / expense orders completed in the field / DC33 not completed
o Status of customer complaint cases (CASES)
o Capture of weekly routine emergencies
o Creation of a weekly planned outage dashboard and late cancellation reason details dashboard
o Invoice summaries for all completed jobs
o Open notification report from Tracker
o Data analytics for projects received from Contract Execution
o Verification of resource changes and updating SAP via email to ED-Construction Resource Change

This position offers a hybrid work environment, permitted remote work in conjunction with a partial in company / client office work schedule (in Bay Area) to be determined by supervisor. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to move about the inside and outside of the location to access office equipment, etc. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a computer, copy machine, etc.
