Responsibilities:
- Appliance, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
- Emergency on-calls
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with a team as a team member for the success of the community
- Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required - 2 years
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner
- Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance
- Must be able to speak and write English
- HVAC certification required
- EPA certification required
