What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at Priderock Capital Management LLC?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Shuttle Driver will support the day-to-day property operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the achievement of the property's annual budget plan.
- Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow designated routes.
- Abide by all traffic laws at all times.
- Inspect and service vehicle on a daily basis including ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good working order.
- Maintain vehicle fuel and fluid levels.
- Report incidents and maintenance issues without delay.
- Assist passengers on and off vehicle.
- All other related tasks as assigned.
- Upholding all company policies and values.
- The duties and responsibilities will be completed on a daily basis at the assigned property.

Work Schedule
Schedule as follows: Wednesday - Friday 3pm - 8pm with flexibility on Thursday, Sunday 12pm - 6pm
Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include irregular work hours. Staff may be called upon to solve emergency problems at any time.
