Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in the achievement of the property's annual budget plan.
- Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow designated routes.
- Abide by all traffic laws at all times.
- Inspect and service vehicle on a daily basis including ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good working order.
- Maintain vehicle fuel and fluid levels.
- Report incidents and maintenance issues without delay.
- Assist passengers on and off vehicle.
- All other related tasks as assigned.
- Upholding all company policies and values.
- The duties and responsibilities will be completed on a daily basis at the assigned property.
- Must have valid CDL drivers license.
- Must be able to communicate with and assist passengers.
- Must be able to physically carry out duties as assigned.
- Prior experience with vehicle maintenance preferred.
- Strong commitment to company goals and values.
- Pleasant attitude to all prospects, residents and associates.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to understand directives both orally and in writing.
