Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Manage the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, contracts, and lease renewals using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships with residents.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information and property management activities.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property leasing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for file management and documentation.
- Proficient in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus.
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Excellent conflict management skills to address tenant concerns effectively.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with tenants and team members professionally.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
