Duties:
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Mentor, Guide and train maintenance tech's
- manage and maintain curb appeal
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and prioritize repairs.
- Oversee HVAC systems maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage work orders, schedules and oncalls.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts and address facility needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance management or facilities management.
- HVAC certification
- CPO Certification
- Strong knowledge of project management principles related to maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
