Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, while also leading a team of maintenance technicians. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Inspire and mentor the team to work as a team
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and other critical machinery.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and equipment history.
Skills
- Certification in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
