Maintenance Technician/Make Ready

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Our Maintenance Technicians are proficient attending to work orders, make readies, turns and providing outstanding customer service for our residents.

Duties:

• Perform work orders, make readies, curb appeal
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Perform required tasks in a complete and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills

• Strong maintenance knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• HVAC certification preferred
• Experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on leadership and supervising teams.
• Weekends and on calls required.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all maintenance activities.
