Responsibilites:
- Emergency On calls, work orders, make readies
- appliance, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with a team as a team member for the success of the community
- Work Orders, make readies within desired time fram allocated
Top candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Multi-Family Property Experience in Maintenance
- Provide residents with outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner
- Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance
- Work Order, make ready experience
- Must be able to speak and write English
- HVAC certification preferred
- Certified Pool Operator preferred
This is a full-time position offering great pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k. Regular schedule may include weekends.
