Customer Service Representative - Asheville - Up to $18.50/Hr.
PrideStaff is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturer located in Asheville.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Utilize safe working practices and report all safety concerns to the shift supervisor or a member of the management team.
- Receive incoming raw material into the Plex system.
- Set up outgoing customer shipments, including sea freight shipments.
- Set up trucks using customers' freight carriers.
- Take customer calls in the absence of the Customer Service Representative and report to the team.
- Communicate with customers as required.
- Assist purchasing as required in ordering and scheduling material.
- Communicate customer needs to the shop floor as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Good customer service skills
Hours of Work: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary : $17 - $19
