Production Associate Pay:  $21/hour (Plymouth, MN)

Production Associate Shift:  Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm, occasionally will start early and/or work late.  

Production Associate Job Overview:  The Production Associate will handle animal organs.  Duties include:  trimming and inspection, solution transfer, prep for aeration, cut and package for shipment

Production Associate Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Occasionally able to work flexible hours M-F, either start shift before 8am or work past 4:30pm
• Ability to do basic math, stand most of shift, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs., speak/read English
• Track record of reliability, willing to speak up, ask questions and takes action, doesn't always wait to be told what to do.  A team player
• Willing work with animal internal organs

Production Associate

Production Associate Key Responsibilities:

• You will handle animal organs
• Prepares facility to initiate manufacturing runs including assisting in keeping equipment in a state of readiness for manufacturing and distribution operations, 
• Independently identifies problems on the manufacturing floor and proposes solutions, updates written manufacturing processes and submits them to the document approval process
• Duties include:  trimming and inspection, solution transfer, prep for aeration, cut and package for shipment to customers
