In this role, you will work alongside a variety of clients, managing all accounting functions, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and collections.
You will take pride in generating insightful data reports within the financial system.
Role Description:
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable with diligence and precision.
- Create and cultivate financial and operational reports that empower our organization’s reporting needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously, always with a keen eye for detail.
- Apply deposits and effectively manage accounts receivable, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
- Engage in meaningful accounting tasks and assist with data mining functions that drive our success.
- Process a diverse array of documents, reports, and records to maintain our high standards.
- Uphold our commitment to accounting principles and policies with integrity.
- Tackle accounting and documentation challenges head-on, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
- Support the Corporate Accounting department, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:
- Education: An Associate’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is essential; a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a valuable asset.
- Experience: We seek individuals with three to five years of relevant experience who are ready to take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools is crucial; experience with NetSuite and SQL Server will set you apart.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple departments, strengthening our organization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Master intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the art of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
