Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00
Pay Rate: $19-21/hr

Medical Biller
This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
2. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
3. Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
4. Verify insurance information and process payments.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
6. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (medical office experience preferred).
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using computers and scheduling systems.
5. Must have recent experience and knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology.
6. Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
