Our Client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
You will combine a customer-focused approach with a proactive business development mindset, ensuring exceptional client experiences while actively seeking new prospects. Your efforts will contribute directly to growing client base, enhancing customer loyalty, and positioning us as a leader in the glass hardware industry.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients to ensure their retention and continued growth. You will identify and act on opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by understanding evolving customer needs, and proactively address client challenges to maintain satisfaction, loyalty, and trust. You will research, prospect, and generate new leads to acquire new business and expand their client base. By collaborating with internal teams, you will create customized proposals and solutions for both new and existing clients. You will keep detailed records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and progress using CRM tools, and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of retention and acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and attract new business. Your urgency and problem-solving mindset will be essential when addressing customer needs and converting leads into clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in B2B environments with a track record of successfully retaining accounts and acquiring new clients.
Demonstrated success in customer retention and business development strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build long-term client relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and leads effectively.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally for seamless customer experiences.
Knowledge of the construction or glass hardware industry is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and account management software.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Working Environment :
The work environment is primarily office-based, with continuous collaboration across departments. You will work in a fast-paced setting that requires effective communication and multitasking to manage both customer interactions and team responsibilities.
Salary : $55,000 annually, plus monthly commissions after the first 3 months.
