Accounting Administrator
Manage the front desk, including answering phones and taking care of visitors, handle a variety of office administration
tasks, and bookkeeping for various entities.
Oil and Gas experience preferred.
Responsibilities :
Answer all incoming lines in a professional manner.
Prepare documents and mailings as needed by President and Vice President of company
Assist with internal meetings as needed.
Scan and file payables, well data, and revenue data as needed on shared files.
Data entry of royalty income for various oil & gas interests.
Code and process payables for various entities.
Check mail every day and distribute appropriately.
Open all incoming invoices, submit for approval, and file copies.
Call building maintenance and janitorial as needed.
Scan, copy, and email documents and materials as requested.
Maintain all incoming and outgoing mail, and runner deliveries.
Maintain log of incoming and outgoing express packages (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).
Various small bank reconciliations.
Notary or ability to become a Notary.

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
WolfePak or any accounting software.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00
