Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Company / Industry : Well-established distributor

Location : near Bay Shore, NY

Salary : Commensurate with experience benefits

Status : Direct Hire / Permanent and On-site FT

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • full cycle accounts payable in a high volume office for multiple companies
  • process freight bills for multiple locations
  • issue payments for multiple corporations
  • bank reconciliations
  • research and resolve issues with customers, sales force, etc.
  • filing
  • other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate must have :

  • strong work ethic & ability to work independently
  • high volume accounts payable experience working for a distributor or manufacturer
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • computer literacy (MS Excel required, AS400 preferred)

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00

    Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
