Client Advocate Job Description :
PrideStaff Financial is working with a well known Accounting firm who is seeking a Client Advocate to join their team. The Client Advocate will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and resolving complex tax questions and issues. The ideal Client Advocate is a CPA or Enrolled Agent with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of tax laws. The Client Advocate is a full-time, temp to hire position in Pleasanton, CA.
Client Advocate Job Responsibilities :
Serve as The Primary Point of Contact For Clients, Addressing Their Tax-Related Inquiries & Concerns
Provide Accurate & Timely Guidance on Tax Laws, Regulations, & Procedures
Research & Resolve Complex Tax Issues, Ensuring Compliance & Minimizing Client Tax Liabilities
Prepare & Review Tax Returns & Other Related Documents
Communicate Effectively With Clients, Explaining Complex Tax Concepts in a Clear & Understandable Manner
Build & Maintain Strong Client Relationships, Fostering Trust & Loyalty
Collaborate With Other Team Members to Ensure Seamless Client Service
Stay Up-to-Date on Latest Tax Laws & Regulations
Proactively Identify Opportunities to Improve Client Service & Streamline Processes
Client Advocate Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
BA / BS in Accounting or Related Field Required
CPA Certification Required or be an Enrolled Agent Certified
Previous Experience in Tax Preparation Software & Client Service
Strong Knowledge of Federal & State Tax Laws & Regulations
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team
Excellent Attention to Detail & Able to Manage Multiple Task Meeting Deadlines on Time
