Job Summary :
The Client Coordinator is a vital member of our team, serving as the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or customer service, be
a skilled multitasker, and enjoy interacting with clients. This position requires in-office presence during peak tax season (typically January-April) and offers a hybrid work model during the off-peak season.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist clients in person and via phone / email, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send appointment reminders.
Collect and organize client documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare client files and assist with administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, and filing.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain client database and ensure data accuracy.
Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries.
Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure seamless client service.
Proactively anticipate client needs and provide exceptional support.
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, as needed.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications :
Proven experience in a banking or customer service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with tax software or client management systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
