Machine Operator
Shift: Mon. - Fri. / 2 PM to 10 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM
(MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFTS)
Pay $18.00/hour Depending on Experience
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Machine Operator Job Description:
- Accomplish the duties of the job utilizing safe work habits and maintaining a safe workplace.
- Assist operator during change overs.
- Complete paperwork and duties in a timely, organized, and accurate manner.
- Read and understand shop orders.
- Communicate with operator and shift lead.
- Perform and maintain clean lines in the manufacturing area and equipment.
- Operate forklifts when required
- Receive additional direction from operator/shift lead.
- Competency in plant operator positions.
- Keep a clean, safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- MUST have Experience with a CNC machinery
- Must have basic skills on use of computers: MS Office, Windows, SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment with good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and self-starter motivation
- Ability to train and support others on the team to build a proficient team across all shifts
- Plastic extrusion experience is a plus, but previous experience is not required
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts if needed
Salary : $18 - $19
