Counter Sales Job Description:
PrideStaff is recruiting for an industry leader in search of a Counter Sales Associate to join their team. The Counter Sales Associate will assist customers and fill their orders while maintaining the highest level of internal and external customer service and maintaining company safety standards. The ideal Counter Sales Associate demonstrates excellent customer service, accurate data entry and is quick to learn about products and services. The Counter Sales is a full time, direct hire position in Great Barrington, MA.
Counter Sales Responsibilities:
- Actively Seeks Opportunities to Help Customers
- Locate & Obtain Ordered Products For Customers
- Assist in The Handling of Defective Parts & Warranty Information
- Process Approved Credits For Customers When Products Are Returned
- Keep Pricing Lists & Structures Confidential
- Address Questions About Products, Pricing & Availability
- Make Sure All Product Catalogs Are Up-to-Date & That Expired Ones Are Discarded
- Accurately & Safely Move Products of Varying Weights According to Customer Needs
- Accurately Input & Fill Customer Orders
Counter Sales Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Counter Sales Experience Preferred & Familiar With Industry Rules & Regulations
- Demonstrates Excellent Customer Focused Service
PrideStaff Hiring Requirements:
- Must be 18 Years Old
- Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check & Drug Screen
- Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
