Are you a people person? Do you thrive in customer satisfaction roles? PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relations Specialist as soon as possible.
We need a qualified Customer Relations Specialist who is dedicated to great customer service and has the ability to listen and understand the customers needs and wants, as well as professionally resolve any issues that a client may have effectively and efficiently.
This position processes customer's orders, answers questions and / or trouble shoots customer calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions / issues.
Customer Relations Specialist Shift : 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday; 8 am - 4 pm Friday
Customer Relations Specialist Pay : $18.00 / hour
Customer Relations Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Accurate and timely processing of customer orders
Management of customer complaints / requests
Process returns, including issuance of return labels
Process back orders and assist with shipping for other special programs and promotions
Handle cash and credit card payments
Assist with outgoing mailings and various projects in collaboration with other departments as needed
Customer Relations Specialist Key Qualifications
Customer Relations Specialist Key Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must :
Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment required
Demonstrated success in a previous customer service role
Experience with Crystal Reports and Great Plains software desired
Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-direct, multi-task and prioritize
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft outlook and OneNote
Polished and professional communication skills, including strong phone and email ettiquette
Competent, accurate keyboarding skills with comfort using 10 key
High school diploma required
