Our Customer Service Representative will support our Service Managers, Dispatchers, and Trades people.
Compensation : $18.00
Location : Lorton, VA
Schedule : M-F, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm Full-Time
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with Account Receivables
- Help conduct scheduling
- Take inbound and outbound calls
- Utilize Customer intake processes
- Participate in suggestive sales
- Assist with dispatch The ideal candidates will have :
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience in the trades or similar service industry experience.
- A team player attitude
- Able to work in fast-pace environment
- Tech savviness
- A Friendly personality
- Customer service oriented mindset
