Customer Service Associate
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Location : Lyndhurst, NJ
Compensation : $20 / hour

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
Ability to resolve customer complaints and develop effective solutions.
Service existing accounts in a timely matter and establish new accounts.
Ability to troubleshoot
Ability to take a high volume of calls
Focus on customer acquisitions and customer retention.
Drive business through value-added relationships with customers.
Exception work ethic and student mentality.
Maintain a great attitude.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment skills and creativity.
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks. Must ensure all order entry is complete and no missed keys. If missing any information for an order the inside sales rep must take responsibility to gather all information needed.
Ability to prioritize daily tasks with a sense of urgency.
Customer Service Specialist Requirements :
High School diploma or GED
At least two years of customer service experience.
Professional and courteous phone skills.
Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Must have the ability to multitask.
Proficient Computer Skills : Microsoft Office : QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Familiar with Net Suite.
Responds quickly to meet customer and sales professional needs and resolve problems.
Always provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
Manage and coordinate multiple orders while ensuring timely completion.
