Role : Dog Daycare Manager (aka, Operations Manager)
Status : Direct Hire
Location : Waldorf, MD
Schedule : TBD
Salary : $65,000 plus commission
We are looking for a highly experienced manager who can assist the owner
in the brand new startup and long-term operation of a 60-80 dog day-only
facility in Waldorf, MD.
The right person will have deep experience as a manager of people and a
dog care professional with a solid understanding of all facets of this
business. Should have an eye for planning and design of a new facility, and
the ability to work with others to manage this concept through execution.
Flexibility, drive, a love of and compatibility with animals, and a savvy for
social media / point-of-sale / accounting software are all essentials.
Responsibilities :
- Managing staff : Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and career
advancement
and equipment
complaints, and bookings
safe
administer medication as needed
law and regulations
productivity, and ensure compliance with guidelines and
procedures
Requires :
handling
experience are essential. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
preferred
