What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Individual
POSITION SUMMARY :
General upkeep (non-technical) in the facility and surrounding outside areas and small technical jobs
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES : (List the major duties of the job in order of importance)
Perform small jobs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc.
Perform or assist in completion of PM’s; maintain associated PM logs
Assist Facility Mechanics with larger scale projects
Assist and coordinate contractors as needed
Provide support in emergencies, including spills, power outages and associated incidents
General interior / exterior building upkeep (non-technical i.e. painting, light bulbs, etc.)
Oversee or assist with furniture moves and set ups
- Report any damaged areas that may or may not require repair;
Assist with repairs / maintenance of grounds and buildings
Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
