Freight Customer Service / Account Representative
Pay Rate : $20 / hr to $22 / hr DOE
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Location : Northeast Houston, TX 77049
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Rep / Account Represenatative for a Logistics company in the the Northeast Houston, TX area. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relations skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service , and the ability to communicate effectively regarding logistics services with a diverse clientele. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service
Duties
- Manage client accounts for logistics and drayage services
- Handle customer service calls with efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate with SSLs and Dray carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Conduct outbound calling initiatives to follow up on customer feedback and enhance relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
