A company in Laguna Woods is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to start immediately. This is a temporary position expected to last about 2 months, but may be extended. This position involves mostly administrative and coordination duties, no HR experience is necessary but it is a big plus if you have any HR or Recruiting experience. The pay rate is $20-22 an hour based on experience, there is a possibility for slightly higher pay if you have HR and/or Recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruiting process to attract top talent.
- Coordinate job postings and schedule interviews, screen resumes and manage onboarding processes
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- HR-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Human Resources or Recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Spanish is a big plus, but not necessary
