SUMMARY: Support the day to day operations of the Human Resource Department- This position will have frequent interface with all facility employees, as well as Human Resource contracts from other locations and able to communicate in Spanish.
POSITION: Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities / Principal Duties:
- Provides management with confidential reports and documents etc.
- Onboard new employees and process all new hire documentation.
- Maintain employee, and recruitment records.
- Implement company culture, values and policies.
- Coordinates various events and meetings.
- Prepares paperwork needed to create new employee profile and place new employee on payroll
- Assist with open enrollment, new hire orientation and training as required.
- Accurately Maintain Employee Files and understanding of confidentiality
- Process unemployment requests from State Agency.
- Fluently Bi-Lingual Strongly Preferred
- Other duties as assigned.

Able to communicate in Fluently in Spanish with employees.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or Continuing Education Degree or Certification Preferred.
- Previous Experience in a Human Resources, Preferably in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Supervision Received: Must be a "Self - Starter capable of operating with limited supervision.
- Must posses a strong interpersonal, facilitation, problem solving and attention to detail skills.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret documents policies, reports, legal documents and training guides.
- Speak effectively with all levels of organization. "Fluently Bi-lingual Spanish Strongly Preferred."
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as Pay Increases, Turnovers Statistics, etc., Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
