Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews and manage onboarding processes
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Administer employee compensation, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Oversee benefit plans such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Stay updated on compensation trends to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Oversee health and safety compliance in the workplace.
- Assist with performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
- Help managers provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Support efforts to align individual performance with company objectives.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and employee databases.
- Process payroll, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Monitor attendance and leave policies.
