PRIDESTAFF is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Lead position for our client in Port Bienville Industrial Park in Bay Saint Louis MS.
Hours : Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm (must have flexibility if overtime is required)
Salary : $52k DOE

The HR Lead will support the Industrial Labor force within the company by :
Communicating via email & phone with 6 temporary agencies for company staffing needs, time keeping & payroll
Individual departmental staffing needs within company
Reconcile temporary agency weekly invoices
Working knowledge of SAP; specifically in creating SES for staffing invoice reconciliation
Partner with departmental supervisors on any employee and / or staffing issues
Lead OJT Program including the reporting and all documentation for the program HR Lead Position Requirements :
Human Resources Degree preferred but will consider years of experience in lieu of degree
Working Knowledge of SAP & MSO Applications
Professional verbal & written communication skills
