What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Associate position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff is currently seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Associate to effectively achieve sales in a B2B Network Provider industry (Phone, Internet, Alarm).
This position is directly responsible for effective selling of monthly recurring service offerings (Phone, Internet, Alarm) to businesses in the established market area.
Qualified candidates must possess proven communication skills, both on the phone and in person, and have the drive to achieve sales success from their own ability, hands-on coaching, and on-going training. A career path is available for those professionals who prove their sales success and have the desire to grow within the Company.
Principal Duties and Daily Responsibilities :
Have the ability and desire to cold-call and make contact with potential customers to successfully sell the business service offerings of the company.
Successfully contact potential customers through the company sales calling process.
Follow daily and weekly sales calling processes set up to achieve sales goals through calling, retrieving information, appointment setting, and closing opportunities.
Update daily and weekly activity in the company’s sales force system on sales activity.
Securing telephone bill copies, internet service bill copies, and all information required to set closing appointments.
Attend and contribute to sales meetings on a regular basis.
Communicate all market issues and challenges posed from following the process setup in order to Improve the company sales program.
Follow all policies, procedures and applicable requirements of the company for your position.

Monthly Quota :
Monthly Recurring : $1,500.00
Non-Recurring : $10,000.00
Required Education & Experience :
1-2 years of successful sales, customer support and cold-calling experience within the telecommunications industry. Voice Over IP (VoIP) experience is desired, but not a requirement for the position.
College degree or equivalent combination of education and successful hands-on sales and cold-calling experience as described above is the minimum requirement for consideration.
Candidate must have the ability to work Monday - Friday on a regimented work schedule.
