We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our client. You'll be responsible for following up on warm inbound leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a high level of comfort with phone usage and a passion for sales.
This is a part time - 24 hours a week role to start.
Responsibilities :
Contact and qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and other channels
Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software
Achieve and exceed sales targets Qualifications :
Proven experience in B to B inside sales, selling withing the construction / manufacturing industries.
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Experience with CRM software
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $24.00 - $25.00
Salary : $24 - $25
