Inside Sales Representative : The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions via phone and email, providing pricing and delivery quotes, and facilitating order fulfillment. This role also supports sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with customers, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative serves as a liaison between customers and outside sales teams.
Requirements :
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
- Pay is $21 an hour.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain.
- Experience in purchasing is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- General business knowledge.
