IT Specialist – 1st Shift – Asheville – Temporary 6 Week Assignment
PrideStaff is recruiting a IT Specialist on 1st Shift for a Manufacturing company in Marshall
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and escalating unresolved issues.
Manage system installation, maintenance, and new machine setup for end-users, and track device inventory and asset deployment records.
Contribute to IT projects, including cloud storage cleanup, and assist with security awareness training.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, Food Safety, and Quality policies, reporting any related issues.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Knowledge of Microsoft and Mac Operating Systems, computer systems, and networks.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer service orientation.
Ability to obtain COMPTIA A and Network certifications.
High School Diploma or GED.
One year of customer service or IT-related experience
