We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess expertise in both commercial and general litigation.
- Position Requirements :
Manage all phases of litigation, from case evaluation through trial
Handle eDiscovery processes, including preservation, collection, and review of electronic evidence using platforms like Everlaw or Relativity
Take and defend depositions, and represent clients in state and federal courts
Produce high-quality legal writing, including motions and briefs
Juris Doctor (JD) degree with New Jersey Bar admission (New York Bar admission preferred)
7 years of relevant litigation experience
Experience in Chancery practice, health law, and / or employment law is preferred
Strong analytical and writing skills
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
